Phase 1: The First Greens
November 2026
Fresh Kunde leaves and Mrenda for your traditional vegetable base. Late November additions include Okra and Fresh Coriander.
Phase 2: The Core Vegetables
December 2026
Managu, Sukuma Wiki, Spinach, and Spring Onions. Carbohydrates unlock as farm-grown Pumpkins become available for roasting or stews.
Phase 3: The Full Harvest & Orchard
January 2027
Carrots, Bulb Onions, and Tomatoes join the baskets. The Apotheist Spice Kit expands with Red/Yellow Habaneros and Jamaican Chillies. Fruits unlock: Solo Sunrise Papayas, sweet Bananas, and hydrating Watermelons.
Phase 4: Premium Proteins
February & June 2027
In February, our first batch of pond-fresh Tilapia reaches maturity (800g+), officially launching the complete Apotheist Dinner Basket. By June, our pasture-raised Boer Goats and Dorper Sheep become available.
March 2027: The Commercial Scale-Up
By March 2027, Apotheist Farm transitions into full high-density production, ensuring uninterrupted supply for our growing subscriber base and wholesale partners.
Poultry Output
Our flocks scale up to consistently supply over 8,000 Improved Kienyeji chickens per month.
Specialty Ducks
Our heritage duck flocks (Pekin, Rouen, and Indian Runner) will supply 1,000 birds every month, guaranteeing rich, nutritious eggs and premium meat perfect for mouth-watering BBQs.
Aquaculture Expansion
Our aerated ponds hit peak capacity, yielding over 15,000 premium Tilapia every month.
Premium Boer Goats
Our pasture-raised herds will supply 200 Boer goats every month, providing tender, highly nutritious, and flavorful meat that is perfect for an unforgettable nyama choma.
Dorper Sheep
We are expanding our flocks to deliver 100 premium Dorper sheep per month, giving you a steady supply of top-tier meat for those amazing, restaurant-quality lamb chops.
Abundant Produce
We drastically increase harvest volumes across our hügelkultur beds and orchards, guaranteeing a massive, steady supply of papayas, bananas, watermelons, pumpkins, core vegetables, herbs, and spices.
